BOOKING REGULATIONS
Rates per day are referred to villas and mobilhome and are not inclusive of daily rate per person, which is due for each person and for the duration of staying at the camping site. CLEANING BEFORE DEPARTURE: guests are responsible for leaving villas and mobilehomes in the condition in which they found it. If the accommodation is not clean, the guests must pay € 30,00 for the cleaning. In case of animals the final cleaning of € 30,00 will be anyway charged.
It’s possible to reserve a specific number of pitch or accommodation, paying a charge of 10% extra on the price of the pitch or accommodation and on the price of the persons. The 10% will not be charged on the price of all the other services.
ENTRANCE IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS IS GUARANTEED FROM 4 PM AND THEY MUST BE VACATED BEFORE 10 AM. THE PITCHES ARE GUARANTEED FROM 12 NOON AND MUST BE VACATED BEFORE 12 NOON.
Bookings are feasible by sending a written request per fax or e-mail, and under payment of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card.Cancellations will be accepted only in written and up to 30 days before the proposed arrival day. In this case the management will refund the deposit. 20 euros of booking costs will be charged in any case. On arrival, guests staying in campsite accommodations must pay a deposit of € 100,00. This is refundable on departure if no damages are verified by our staff.
In case of late arrivals or early departures, the campsite will anyway charge the full period rate for the accommodation/pitch and persons booked.
