  • 1. Are animals allowed in the accommodations?
     

    Animals are allowed in all accommodations except in the mobilhomes lux and superior. In case of animals in the accommodation, the payment of 30,00 euro for the final cleaning is compulsory.

  • 2. Are bed linen and towels included?
     

    No, bed linen and towels are not included, but they can be rent at the Reception (2,50 euro for a single bed linen and 5,00 euro for the double. 2 towels (for shower and face) cost 5,00 euro.
    Pillows, pillowcase and blankets are included.

  • 3. Is the final cleaning included?
     

    No, guests should leave the accommodation clean or pay the 30,00 euro extra for the final cleaning. In case animals are in the accommodation, the payment of the final cleaning is compulsory.

  • 4. Is a parking place for the car included?
     

    Yes, one parking place for one car is included. Each extra car must be parked in the parking place and pay the daily fee according to price list.

  • 5. Is the use of the swimming pools included?
     

    Yes, the use of the pools is included in the price.

  • 6. Is the swim cap compulsory in the swimming pool?
     

    No, it is not compulsory to wear a swim cap in the pool.

  • 7. When do the pools open and close?
     

    One pool opens around Easter, except in case of bad weather conditions, and closes in October. In case of nice weather the closing can be postponed. The second pool opens during the mid and high season. The opening and closing of the pools are in any case at the discretion of the Management according to the weather conditions.

  • 8. Is it possible to know the number of pitch or accommodation in advance?
     

    No, the number of pitch or accommodation will be communicated upon arrival.

  • 9. Is it possible to book a specific place or accommodation number?
     

    Yes, it is possible by paying 10% more on the price of the pitch or accommodation and of the persons. Otherwise we will make our best to satisfy the request, but without guarantee.

  • 10. How big are the pitches?
     

    The pitches are about 80/90 square meters.

  • 11. When must the balance be paid?
     

    The balance must be paid on site before departure.

  • 12. What happens in case of cancellation?
     

    It is possible to get the deposit back only if the reservation is cancelled at least 50 days before arrival day, unless otherwise was agreed with the Management. After that deadline, the deposit will be fully withheld.

  • 13. What happens in case of late arrival or earlier departure?
     

    In case the guest arrives later or leaves before the booked dates, the reserved period is in any case to be completely paid, including the price per person and all the services booked. The reservation is valid until 12 noon of one day after the estimated arrival day. In case of no communication, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

  • 14. At what time is it possible to arrive at the camping?
     

    The key of the accommodation is guaranteed at 3 pm and the camping pitches at 12 noon. It is however possible to arrive before that time, check in and use all facilities of the camping leaving the car in the parking place.

  • 15. At what time must accommodations and camping pitches be vacated?
     

    Accommodations must be vacated before 10 am and camping pitches before 12 noon.

  • 16. Is it possible to arrive or leave during the night?
     

    Yes, it is possible to arrive during the night only if perviously agreed with the Management. The night guard will give the key of the accommodation after collection the identity documents. It is possible to leave in the night only after having paid the balance during the cash desk hours and only after having agreed with the Management the return of the key. It is however possible to drive in and out the camping only up to 11 pm and after 7 am. Therefore in case of arrival or departure during the night, the car must be parked in the parking place outside.

  • 17. Is the camping site area covered by WiFi?
     

    Yes, the whole camping site is covered by WiFi connection. The signal can sometimes be weak because of the presence of caravans and trees. The connection is with fee.

  • 18. Are there on site bikes to rent?
     

    Yes, we rent bikes for adults.

  • 19. How far is Gardaland from the Camping?
     

    Gardaland is about 1,5 / 2 kilometers far from the Camping. It is possible to reach Gardaland walking by the lake side. The bus stop is about 700 meters far from the camping.

  • 20. Are bed linen and towels included?
