Rates per day are referred to the bungalow,appartaments and mobilhome are not inclusive of individual sojourn rate,which is due for each person and for the duration of staying at the camping site.
It's possible to reserve a specific number of pitch or of accommodation, but it'll be charged a 10% extra on the price of the pitch or accommodation and on the price of the persons. The 10% will not be charged on the price of all the other services.
CLEANING BEFORE DEPARTURE: guests are responsable for leaving the bungalow,villas and mobilehomes in the condition in which they found it. if the accomodation is not clean,the guests must pay€30,00. In case of animals the final cleaning of €30,00 will be anyway charged.
REGULATIONS
Customers are advised of these regulations, the price list and the booking conditions on arrival. Entry to the camping ground implies acceptance without reservations on the part of the Customer.
• Persons who wish to enter the camping ground for any reason must be in possession of an authorization from the management. For this purpose, each person must provide the management with an identity document for registration in accordance with the law. Minors who are not accompanied by an adult who is their legai guardian may not enter the camping ground. Unauthorized persons accessing or staying in the camping ground are committing the following infringements:
Public safety regulations;
Article 614 of the Penai Code (housebreaking);
Article 633 of the Penai Code (illegal entry of terrain and buildings) ;
Article 624 of the Penai Code (theft of services);
Contractual fraud.
• For internai organizational reasons, the management reserves the right to modify the number of lodgings or pitches allocated for customers.
• It is not allowed to install any type of structure aside from trailers and verandas.
• It is prohibited to use boats and water skis in the area reserved for swimming. It is compulsory to anchor boats 150 mfrom the shore. Boat trailers must be parked only in the areas designated by the management.
• Daytime visitors and guests must be authorized by the management and must pay the fee according to the price list. Camping ground customers are required to ensure thattheir guests are in possession of the authorization issued by the management and are responsible for their behavior while they are on the camping ground.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash and accompanied outside the camping ground for their physiological needs.
• Behavior, activities, games and the use of equipment that may disturb guests of the establishment must be avoided at alltimes. In particular, arrivals and departures, as well as the use of sound equipment, the use of sports and leisure time equipment and the assembly and disassembly of tents are prohibited during the hours of silence from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Ali vehicles must be used only to enter or exit the camping ground during the appropriate hours (7-23), at moderate speed (at walking speed) and in respect of road signs.
• Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children: peace and quiet, safety and hygiene of the other guests cannot be sacrificed for the sake of the Iiveliness, education and needs of the children.
• It is prohibited:
To throw rubbish outside the special containers;
Dig holes or channels in the ground;
Light fires outdoors;
Damage the vegetation;
Pour oils, fuels, boiling Iiquids, salted Iiquids or waste liquids on the ground;
Wash cars and other vehicles on the camping ground;
Wash dishes and c10thing outside the special sinks;
Wash or bath in the camping ground fountains;
Waste or use water improperly;
Fence off areas, set up shade canvases, tie or anchor anything to the plants.
• Objects found on the camping ground must be turned over lo the management.
• The management reserves the right to expel guests who disregard the regulations or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the establishment, damage the smooth operation of community life and the interests of the establishment. Customers previously expelled or reprimanded may not have access to the camping ground unless specifically authorized by the management.
